我公司承建的浙江省荆门建德市生涯垃圾点火发电项目烟气净化工程于2021年7月1日通过72+24小时试运行。。

The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for Jiande Hangzhou waste incineration power plant in Zhejiang Province passed 72+24 hours trial operation on July 1, 2021.

该项目建设日处置生涯垃圾500t/d垃圾点火炉出产线，配置1×12MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组，并留有扩建余地。。预留规模为1×500t/d垃圾点火炉出产线，远期规模最终可达到1000t/d。。烟气处置选取“SNCR（氨水）+半干反映塔（Ca(OH)2溶液）+干法（Ca(OH)2干粉+活性炭喷射+袋式除尘器+1#GGH+湿式洗涤塔（NaOH溶液）+2#GGH+蒸汽-烟气再加热器（SGH）+ SCR（氨水）+飞灰输送及存储”的烟气处置组合工艺，为我司EP工程。。

The plant constructs a 500 t/d incineration line with 1×12 MW condensing steam turbine generator, and room for expansion is reserved. The reserved scale is 1x500 t/d. The long-term scale of incineration capacity could eventually reach 1000 t/d. The FGC adopts the combined process of SNCR with ammonia solution) + semi-dry reaction tower with Ca(OH)2 solution + dry method with Ca(OH)2 powder + activated carbon injection + bag filter + #1 GGH + wet scrubber with NaOH solution + #2 GGH+ Steam-gas heater (SGH) + SCR with ammonia solution + fly ash conveying and storage. It is an EP project of Huaxing.
