The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project undertaken by Huaxing East for the municipal waste incineration plant in Yanzhou Jining, Shandong passed the 72 + 24 hours trial operation on August 5, 2022.

The daily capacity of the plant is 1500 tons, the annual treatment capacity is 547,500 tons. A set of 32 MW (1脳20MW+1脳12MW) steam turbine generator is equiped. FGC adopts the process of SNCR with urea (not in Huaxing scope) + semi-dry with slaked lime slurry (not in Huaxing scope) + dry with slaked lime injection (not in Huaxing scope) + activated carbon injection (not in Huaxing scope) + bag filter (not in Huaxing scope) + SGH + SCR with urea + Catalyst (MHI). It is an EP project of Huaxing.
