我公司承建的昆明市西山区城市生涯垃圾点火发电改扩建项目烟气净化工程于2022年8月29日通过72+24小时试运行。

The flue gas cleaning project undertaken by Huaxing for Xishan, Kunming waste incineration power plant's reorganization and expansion passed 72+24 hours trial operation on August 29, 2022.

该项目原有3x500t/d生涯垃圾点火处置线，，选取流化床炉点火工艺。烟气净化系统为我司EPC承建。本期建设规模1x750 t/d生涯垃圾点火处置线。烟气处置选取“SNCR+旋转喷雾半干法＋消石灰喷射＋活性炭喷射＋袋式除尘+飞灰输送、贮存及不变动工艺”，，亦为我司EPC工程。

The plant had 3x500 t/d waste incineration lines which adopted fluidized bed furnace process. The FGC system is constructed by Huaxing as EPC project. The plant-expansion will build 1x750 t/d waste incineration line. The FGC will apply the process of SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry + slaked lime injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization. It is also Huaxing's EPC project.
