我公司承建的宁夏回族自治区吴忠市生涯垃圾点火发电项目二期烟气净化工程于2025年08月15日开工建设。 HEPT has broken ground on Phase II FGCS for Wuzhong WtE plant in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region since 15th. Aug 2025.
本次为二期扩建项目，，，设计生涯垃圾处置规模为500t/d，，，配置1x500t/d点火炉+1x10MW抽凝式式汽轮发电机组。烟气净化选取“SNCR+半干法（旋转喷雾反映塔）+干法(喷射氢氧化钙)+活性炭喷射+布袋除尘器+飞灰输送、、、存储及不变动”的处置工艺，，，为我司EPC工程。 This Phase II expansion system features a designed MSW treatment capacity of 500 TPD, configured with one 500t/d incineration line and one 10MW extraction-condensing steam turbine generator unit. The FGCS employs a multi-stage process comprising SNCR, semi-dry scrubbing (rotary atomizer spray dryer), dry scrubbing (hydrated lime injection), activated carbon injection, baghouse filtration and fly ash conveying, storage & stabilization. This system is executed by HEPT on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis.
