The flue gas cleaning (FGC) project contracted by Huaxing East for Shanghe waste-to-energy plant at Shandong Province started construction on November 19, 2021.
工程整体成效图
该项目总处置规模2X500 T/D，本期建设1台500 T/D炉排炉式垃圾点火炉和1台额定12 MW的凝汽式汽轮机和1台12MW发电机组。。二期增长1台500吨的机械炉排炉，配置1台12MW汽轮发电机组。。烟气处置选取SNCR＋旋转喷雾半干法脱酸＋NAOH喷射系统（垂危）＋干法喷射＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除尘器+飞灰输送、、、贮存及不变动工艺，为我司EPC工程。。
The total capacity of the plant is 2X500 T/D. In this period, a 500 T/D grate furnace type incinerator, a condensing steam turbine rated at 12MW, and a 12MW generator set will be constructed. In phase II, a 500-ton mechanical grate furnace and a 12MW turbine will be added. FGC applied SNCR + rotary spray semi-dry deacidification + NAOH injection system for emergency + dry injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag house filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process. It is an EPC project of Huaxing East.
