The year 2021 coincides with the historic convergence of the “Two Centenary Goals”. Year 2021 is also the first year of the “14th Five-Year Plan”. Under the new normalcy of production under Covid-19 control, the solid waste industry is facing a transition from high-speed development to high-quality development.
