The FGC system upgrading project of the household waste incineration power generation in Langfang, Hebei Province, constructed by Huaxing, has passed the trial operation of 72-hour + 24-hour since 12th. Feb 2025.

The total scale of the project is 1,500 tons per day with the installed capacity 2X12MW. The original FGC adopts the treatment process of "SNCR in-furnace denitrification + rotary spray semi-dry method + dry lime lime injection + activated carbon injection + bag filter". This time the upgrade adds an SCR denitrification system, which includes the FGT process of "SGH (steam heat exchanger) + low-temperature catalyst + catalyst regeneration system", which is an EPC project.
