The FGC system of the Xinxing Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Power Generation Project in Yunfu, Guangdong, undertaken by HEPT, has started construction since 20th. March 2025.

The total designed treatment capacity of household waste is 500 tons per day, equipped with a 1 × 500-TPD incinerator and a 1 × 12MW condensing steam turbine generator set. The FGC adopts the treatment process of "SNCR (not within the scope of this contract) + semi-dry desulfurization + dry powder injection system + activated carbon injection adsorption +SCR (without the scope of this contract) + bag filter + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization", which is an EPC project by HEPT.

HEPT's references in Guangdong includes Dongguan Junye, Dongguan Jiulong, Shantou Chao Nan, Puning, Huiyang, Zhaoqing, Shantou Chenghai, Gaozhou, Zhongshan, Yunfu Xinxing, etc.
