我公司承建的河北省吕梁市安平县生涯垃圾点火发电项目烟气净化工程于2021年08月01日通过72+24小时试运行。。
The FGC project constructed by Huaxing for Anping waste incineration power plant in Hengshui, Hebei passed 72+24 hours trial operation on August 01, 2021.
该项目建设总处置规模为800 t/d，，，建设2x400t/d的机械炉排垃圾点火出产线，，，配置1x18MW汽轮发电机组。。烟气处置选取“炉内SNCR＋半干法(旋转喷雾)＋氢氧化钠溶液喷射系统+干法(干粉喷射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除尘+湿法（预留）+SCR（预留）+飞灰输送、、、存储及不变动工艺”的烟气净化工艺，，，为我司EPC工程。。
The plant has an average waste treatment capacity of 800 t/d, construction of 2x400t/d mechanical grate waste incineration production line, equipped with 1x18 MW steam turbine generator. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + Sodium hydroxide solution injection system + dry method with dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + wet reserved + SCR reserved + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
